Loop Path Privacy Policy

Overview
Loop Path ("we", "our", or "the app") is a puzzle game developed and provided by Prism Flow Games. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information We Process
- Game and profile data — scores, streaks, puzzle progress, settings, display name, and an optional profile image. Game data is stored on your device and may be synchronized through Firebase.
- Anonymous account identifier — Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous identifier so online progress and leaderboard features can work. Loop Path does not require you to create a user-facing account or provide an email address.
- Purchase information — product identifiers and purchase status are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play to deliver and restore in-app purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data — product interactions, crash reports, performance data, and other diagnostics may be processed through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to operate and improve the app.
- Advertising data — the app includes Google AdMob. When ads are served, device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction, and advertising data may be processed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and—only where permitted and consented to—personalized advertising and tracking.
- Notifications — if you grant permission, the app schedules daily reminder notifications on your device. You can disable them in the app settings or your device settings.
How We Use Information
We use information to save and synchronize progress, provide leaderboards and purchases, maintain app security, diagnose crashes, measure performance, improve gameplay, and—when advertising is enabled—deliver and measure ads.
Third-Party Services
Loop Path may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, and Google Play. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and applicable platform rules.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can play the core game without creating a user-facing account.
- Leaderboard participation and profile information are optional.
- You can decline tracking or personalized advertising when the relevant consent controls are presented.
- Where required, advertising privacy choices are available from the app settings.
- You can disable reminders at any time.
- You can request access to or deletion of server-side information by contacting us. Include the player identifier shown in the app when available so we can locate the correct anonymous record.
- Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data, subject to device backups and platform behavior.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Loop Path is not directed to children under 13. The App Store age rating is 13+ except where regional rating systems specify an equivalent rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International Processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
